Just so you know who you are ordering from, my name is Tonya. I live in Wilson, N.C.
When i send you a confirmation on your order, I will include my full name, address
and phone number. The reason i am doing it this way is I don't feel that i should
be putting personal information onto the net. But, I will Happily give you all the needed information within your confirmation E-mail.
Preorder Information
- Deposits must be received within 7 days of placement of the preorder.
- Due to the market fluctuation, no refunds will be issued.
- BBoop's World is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the manufacturer.
- Separate shipping charges may apply to different items in combined orders, because of varying product arrival dates.
- You can preorder worry free here at BBoop's World. We will never leave you in the dark, concerning your order. As information comes to us from the manafacturers, we will pass it along to you.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
- My prices are 'firm'.
- Prices do not include shipping and handling or insurance charges. These costs are at the bottom of the page.
- Payment for the order must arrive within seven (7) working days of order confirmation. Failure to make the payment will result in cancellation of the order.
- All beanies sold by me are MWMT,real,smoke free,and are sent out Priority and Ins. Prices are subject to change.
- A 6% sales tax will be added to all North Carolina orders.

Payment Methods
- We accept money orders(U.S. funds only), Certified checks, and Personal checks.
- If paying by personal check, please note that i will not send out your order till your check clears(about 7-14 days) If for any reason your check bounces, there will be a $25 return check fee.
- If paying by Money order or Certified check, your order will be sent out the next mailing day.

How to order
- Complete and submit the order form(you only have to hit the submit once)with the require information. This will hold the beanies you ordered, up to 7 working days.
- Wait for an e-mail message confirming your order, before sending payment. The e-mail will tell you the total amount due. Please note that sometimes available inventory of a particular beanie style may be fewer then the # ordered.
- Be sure to include your shipping address and e-mail address.I will send a status message to your e-mail address to let you know when i have received your money order, and when your order is shipped.
- PLEASE NOTE: That my beanie's prices may change from time to time. If the ordered beanie is in stock, the price listed on this page at the time the order is placed will be the price charged. The exception to this rule is for those beanies that may have retired since the date the page was last updated(on top of page)

Refund policy
- No Refunds!
- All of my Beanies are MWMT(unless otherwise noted) and SMOKE FREE! I carefully check and recheck all Beanies before going out, and as for smoke that is impossible, when I dont smoke! So there will be no refunds!
- You are entitled to return the Beanies, (at your expense) for a store credit! This includes trades that you have done with me too!

PLEASE NOTE:
Please if you dont plan on going through with the order, then please dont waste my time or your time by submitting a false order.
- Due to some people who like to place false orders, and have me hold my beanies for weeks, without ever planning on going through with the order, and holding them from someone who really does want them.
- I will now be leaving feedback(neutral) But I would prefer to leave positive feedback :)
- I reserve the right to refuse sale or trade to anyone who is rude to me or on the bad traders list. If you feel my prices are high, then dont buy from me. I feel as alot of other people feel my prices are very low for a secondary market!
So again i will not tolerate any more rude mail or false orders. Sorry this was said but a few people have been ruining it for us good traders. Thank you for understanding

Shipping and Handling
All Packages are shipped Priority, and now all packages will be insured! This is to benefit you and also me. This is the reason of the price increase :)
1-4 beanies $4.20
5-7 $6.00
Add $0.50 for each additional beanie over 7
Prices are good for the US only. Will have to contact you on international rates.
