Payment
and Shipping Information:
I
accept international money orders (in Canadian and US funds), I can also
accept payments through Paypal, Visa and MasterCard, please email
me for details.
Bears
that are ready for immediate adoption will be sent 24 to 48 hours after
receiving payement . For ordered bears, please email
me with the bear your interested in. Remeber not two bears are
exactly alike. I will email you back and let you know the time it will
take to make your bear :)
All bears come packaged in their own little box with a tag stating their
name, date of birth, edition and my signature. I sign most of my bears
left footpad with the letter 'g'. I do not sign them when the ultra suede
is black or if the footpad is made with a different material which makes
it hard to sign.
All bears in North America are sent via Canada Post's Xpresspost. The
package will be insured and have a tracking order. International orders
will be sent by registered mail. If you wish to have your bear shipped
by regular airmail, you can do so at your own risk. Shipping prices added
on to the price of bear. Please email me for shipping costs.
Refund
Policy: I will gladly refund your money if the bear is returned in
it's original condition to me with 10 days of receiving it. Please send
it back insured or with delivery confirmation, and I will refund your
original price less the shipping charges.
