Payment Options:
We accept visa, mastercard, checks, money orders, cashier checks and paypal. Our
secure shopping cart accepts all these forms of payment, you may also
order by phone.
Sorry but we can only hold orders for 7
{business} days, while awaiting check and money order payments. If
paying by check we reserve the right to wait 10 business day period
for the check to clear. We will send you our address in your email
confirmation.
When paying by credit card, we will immediately charge your credit
card and prepare it for shipment. In the event an item is not in
stock, we will notify you by email before processing your credit card
and shipping the other items.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all NY orders (depends
on your county).
Returned checks will be charged $25. Checks that have been sent to
collection will be charged $50 plus attorney's fees in addition to the
amount of check.
International Customers:
We are sorry but we will no longer be
able to take orders from overseas do to the increase in fraud. However
we will take orders from Canada.
Custom Orders Information:
Along with the many gifts and
collectibles we offer, we now have on our site our handcrafted
creations. These are handcrafted by us! If you see something you like
but want a different color, name added, or a different design all
together, please email us and we will see what we can do. All custom
orders require 50% down, this is non refundable!
Please note: If ordering items that are in stock at the same time as a
custom order, additional shipping charges will apply. The exception is
if you would like us to hold your in stock items while waiting for
custom order items.
Pre-Order Info:
By pre-ordering an item you signify
that you understand that item is not in stock at this time, and will
be shipped at a later date. We DO NOT charge your credit card until we
are ready to ship your item, however if paying by check or money order
we must receive the money first before we will hold the item.
If you order other merchandise along
with your pre-order, the other products will be shipped now and the
pre-order item later. Separate shipping charges will apply. Unless you
specify you want all items shipped together, if that's the case we
will charge your card for the in stock items only.
Refund Policy:
Returns will be at BBoop's World
discretion. If approved, all items that are not defective will result
in a 10% restocking fee. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving
your order. You may email or phone us, have your number on your
invoice and the merchandise you wish to return and the reason why
ready.
Please return the merchandise promptly in its original condition in
order to receive a refund or credit based upon your method of payment.
We will not give credit for merchandise returned that does not include
the original packaging, or has damaged packaging, so please be careful
whenng your collectibles gift boxes. Shipping charges are not
refundable {we only refund shipping charges, if we made the error} and
orders that were originally shipped free of charge will be credited
back minus the original shipping costs. Additionally, you must pay the
shipping and insurance costs to return merchandise back [unless it's
due to our error} to BBoop's World. The exception to this is listed in
shipping damages.
We must receive the merchandise within 7 {business} days from the date
we approve your return in order to receive a refund or credit. The
item needs to be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to
you, and must be sent back to us the same way it was shipped to you
(priority & insured).
Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. Credit will not be
given for any change in prices. No exceptions. We are a authorized
dealer for our lines, they remain stable, unless of course we have a
sale :)
No refunds on custom orders, no exceptions!
Shipping Damage:
Damage can happen, this is why we
insure all packages! The following is what you must do if this does
happen.
Report any damage or breakage of your merchandise upon receipt to the
carrier & us immediately. You MUST keep all packaging material for
the carrier's inspection. We will be more then happy to replace or
refund a damaged product but before replacement merchandise can be
shipped to you, a damage claim for insurance purposes must be filed
with the USPS.
Shipping Charges:
When ordering the shopping cart WILL
NOT add the shipping. Upon completion of your order we will then add
the shipping charges, and send you the grand total in your
confirmation email from us. The cost of shipping is actual cost (or
very close to it, we do not charge a handling fee!) and is based on
the weight of your order and the ship to zip code. Please feel free to

We DO NOT ship C.O.D.
Please do not send your check or money
order until you have received the grand total! Also if paying by
paypal through the shopping cart, you will have to pay us again for
the shipping charges, we will send this in the confirmation email.
For our handcrafted creations, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. If
ordering for the holidays, or as a present, please order with enough
time to receive your item. Please feel free to email us with shipping
