The information on these pages is intended for child care facilities who participated in the CyberStart initiative. Some of the information may be helpful to other visitors of this page, however the information is written to address the equipment and needs of CyberStart participants.
The Frequently Asked Questions section for each computer part contains lists of suggestions to try to solve the problems. Start at the beginning of each list and continue to follow the steps until the problem is solved. Once the problem is solved, you do not need to continue through the list (unless the directions specify differently.)
