| 1. Before you buy ON LINE, make sure you know your
product! If you are anything like me. When i first started collecting, all i saw was
something i thought was cute, and i knew little about it. But unfortunately there are people out there who don't care and are selling counterfeit beanies.
2. Not only know your product, but know your seller too! Always check
references, another little tip "hotmail.com, juno.com" can be set up by user these are free email
addresses (not saying they would be fake, use your own judgment on them)
3. Communication, COMMUNICATION!!! This one of the most important
things when buying, selling or trading over the internet!
4. READ the seller/traders ordering&information pages!! If you have questions about the
products or prices ask the seller. If the seller doesn't want to answer or is rude, then maybe you should purchase from another! Remember to always be polite.
5. If you do not intent to buy it, then don't place
a order. That is just plain RUDE and you can find yourself on the "bad trader list" for that!!
6. Not all traders/sellers have references, they might be new to this. If they
don't have references you could always ask to pay COD, that way your sure to get your beanie's without losing money. Be advised COD does cost extra!!
7. If you run into the unfortunate and you never received your
product and the seller doesn't respond to you (give it at least a week) you can take action! Contact your local post office or file a complaint with the police department. PLEASE NOTE: make sure you get the sellers full
name...address...state...zip code...phone number. Not all sellers list it on their page. Use your own discretion when dealing with P.O. boxes.
