How-To Guide: Changing My Home Page

If you visit the same website on a regular basis, you may want to set it as your home page. Once it is set, every time you start Internet Explorer or click the Home button on the toolbar, it will appear as your starting page.

 

To Change Your Home Page:

 

1.   Go to the Web page you want to be your home page.

  • Click on Tools.
  • Click on Internet Options An Internet Options dialog box will appear.
  • Click on the General tab.
  • Under Home page, click on the Use Current button.
  • The address of the new home page will appear.

 

2.   Click OK.
