You can pay by our secure form, phone or fax. We DO NOT ship C.O.D. Sorry but we can only hold orders for 7 {business} days, while awaiting check and money order payments. If paying by check we reserve the right to wait a 10 day period for the check to clear We will send you our address in your email confirmation. When paying by credit card, we will immediately charge your credit card and prepare it for shipment. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email before processing your credit card and shipping the other items. We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on all NC orders. Returned checks will be charged $25. Checks that have been sent to collection will be charged $50 plus attorney's fees in addition to the amount of check. *Click here to order by fax. You will have to print out the form, fill it out and fax it to us.* Preorder Information You may "pre-order" an item that we do not have in stock yet but we have ordered. If you use a credit card with your preorder, you will not be billed until the item is received and ready to ship to you. If paying by check or money order, you must send in the payment in order for us to hold your pre-order for you. We fill pre-orders in the order they were received. To pre-order merchandise you will need to complete you order through our online ordering process as you normally would, in the comments section please write "pre-order". There is no refunds on pre-orders, the only exception to this is if the manufacturer has canceled the order. You will be contacted by email if we are unable to fill your pre-order. We will also notify you by email when the item is received and to be shipped so you will know to be looking for its delivery. Please note: If ordering items that are in stock at the same time as a pre-order, additional shipping charges will apply. The exception is if you would like us to hold your in stock items while waiting for pre-order items. Refund Policy Returns will be at BBoop's World discretion. If approved, all items that are not defective will result in a 10% restocking fee. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. You may email or phone us, have your number on your invoice and the merchandise you wish to return and the reason why ready. Please return the merchandise promptly in its original condition in order to receive a refund or credit based upon your method of payment. We will not give credit for merchandise returned that does not include the original packaging, or has damaged packaging, so please be careful whenng your collectibles gift boxes. Shipping charges are not refundable and orders that were originally shipped free of charge will be credited back minus the original shipping costs. Additionally, you must pay the shipping and insurance costs to return merchandise back to BBoop's World. The exception to this is listed in shipping damages. We must receive the merchandise within 7 {business} days from the date we approve your return in order to receive a refund or credit. The item needs to be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. Credit will not be given for any change in beanie babies price. No exceptions. We are a authorized dealer for the rest of our lines, they remain stable :) Shipping Damage Damage can happen, this is why we insure all packages! The following is what you must do if this does happen. Report any damage or breakage of your merchandise upon receipt to the carrier & us immediately. You MUST keep all packaging material for the carrier's inspection. We will be more then happy to replace a damaged product but before replacement merchandise can be shipped to you, a damage claim for insurance purposes must be filed with the USPS. International Customers Some orders that arrive overseas may be subject to import fees. Please check to see if you will have to pay a fee. This has never happened with a package we have sent, but occassionally customs may stop a package and charge a fee. We have no way of knowing if this will happen or not. If any additional fee is due, it must be payed by you, BBoop's World is not responsible for these fees. Sorry we cannot take credit cards from overseas addresses, you may pay by money order in US funds.
